We've had some really cold weather in January, but the first couple of days this month have been milder. This time of year, I find myself remodeling, refurbishing, reworking, and replenishing. I have cleaned the studio and I have been sorting through inventory and assorted other boxes filling up my storage unit. So, as I go, I am inventorying, labeling and organizing. I always get a sense of accomplishment when I put a nice fresh label on something, don't you?
But, that doesn't mean that I won't spend time on working on things as well. Last year, I bought a bunch of keys at a Vintage Market. I have been thinking of what to do with them......what to do.....
Snowmen, of course!
I bought a wooden bunny last summer in Nebraska that was in need of a lot of repair. I repainted him (her?) and put a bow at his neck. I reworked the basket with some fresh moss and pip berries.
I am doing one spring show. I have a lot of work to do! I just don't carry much inventory for the spring and summer months. My sis and I are spending a few days in Arizona this month to visit our brother and while we are there, we plan on attending a vintage market.
Well, tomorrow is weigh in day at Weight Watchers. Squishy Grandma lost 4.6# of squishiness last week. I had better get busy now.....working on bunnies and raggedies!
